Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered by CAREPETI STORAGE SLRS (hereinafter "the Company") for wholesale sales of carpets and commercial products.

Acceptance of these terms is mandatory to use our services and platforms.

2.1. To access B2B services, you must register a business account providing accurate and complete information.

2.2. Each account is personal and confidential. The user is responsible for the security of their credentials.

2.3. The Company reserves the right to verify the validity of provided information and suspend suspicious accounts.

3.1. Wholesale orders are subject to minimum quantities (MOQ) specified for each product.

3.2. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise indicated.

3.3. Orders are considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed deposit.

3.4. The Company reserves the right to refuse orders in case of unavailability or other exceptional circumstances.

4.1. All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and valid only for wholesale orders.

4.2. Prices do not include VAT, customs duties or shipping costs unless otherwise indicated.

4.3. Standard payment terms: 30% deposit, balance before shipment.

4.4. Late payments may incur interest according to current regulations.

4.5. The Company reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days notice.

5.1. Indicated delivery times are indicative and depend on availability and destination.

5.2. Transport is organized by the Company unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

5.3. Risks pass to the customer according to agreed Incoterms.

5.4. Delivery delays do not entitle compensation except in case of gross negligence.

6.1. All products undergo quality control before shipment.

6.2. Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery.

6.3. Quality complaints must be notified within 7 days of receipt.

6.4. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation or normal wear.

7.1. Products can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

7.2. Return request must be authorized in advance by the Company.

7.3. Return costs are borne by the customer except in cases of proven defects.

7.4. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of return approval.

8.1. All content, trademarks and designs are property of the Company or CAREPETI.

8.2. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of materials is prohibited.

8.3. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly.

9.1. The Company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or consequential damages.

9.2. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific order.

9.3. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events.

10.1. Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

10.2. Commercial data is retained for administrative and tax purposes.

10.3. Data will not be transferred to third parties without explicit consent.

11.1. Parties commit to resolve any disputes amicably.

11.2. In case of failure to reach agreement, reference will be made to the court of Milan.

11.3. Italian law applies.

12.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

12.2. Changes will be communicated via email and published on the website.

12.3. Continued use of services implies acceptance of changes.
